This cake is an adaptation of the Chez Panisse Almond Tort recipe. It is made with three almond components: Almond Flour, Almond Paste & Pure Almond Extract.
A simple, rich, moist cake with a dense crumb, and surprisingly light, delicate texture.
It is not overly sweet and has a subtle, real, almond flavor from pure ingredients. Perhaps the perfect cake.

This is one of our most popular coffee cakes. This is a classic New York Style coffee cake that has a nice balance - Not too sweet and not too much streusel. The streusel is delicious, made with Walnuts & Cinnamon. The base is made with Buttermilk and has a lovely texture.
This bright citrus cake is filled with the juice & zest of fresh valencia oranges. It is made with Butter & Sour Cream which gives it a velvety texture. It has a wonderful balance of Sweet Citrus & Earthy Poppy Seeds with a beautiful golden color making this cake simply irrisistable.
